Oranges Demonstration Page 2 - Forming A Cylinder

Form the mixture into a short, fat cylinder like a tiny cheddar cheese.

Cut through the diameter of the cylinder and separate the two halves. Ensure that the two halves are even all the way through by cutting straight down at 90 degrees to the surface.
