Oranges Demonstration Page 7 - Cut the Cane

This is my favourite bit, when you cut the cane and find out whether you have something that looks like an orange. Or you're glad you did this at home and nobody can see the results! Incidentally the definition should be best in the very centre of the cane. The edges can be made into whole oranges or squashed up and re-used.
