We have simplified trade ordering enormously - before we had grown to have too many products to ever find them all!
Now, below, they are all laid out with a page for each type, and discounts shown next to each item.
Discounts now also work more simply - make a minimum order of £100 retail to qualify for any discounted items.
At the bottom of each page is a link to the next page in the the list.

Delivery Times

Dear Trade Customer:
We have worked through all the backlogs and delivery times are now getting quicker! But please let me know if your order is urgent. Also let me know if you have any difficulty using the site.
We do not charge cards until an order is packed and ready to post, though you will be asked to enter your card details when you place an order.
If an order has many types of items in it, they may be shipped in separate parcels, as many items are made to order, in batches.
